I would like a standard overall clean of my modern apartment before it is rented out. It's important the cleaning happens on September 30th, Wednesday morning. There is no deep-cleaning or special treatment requested; a thorough standard clean is sufficient. Cleaning products and equipment are available at the apartment, so they can be used for the job. The focus is on leaving the main rooms and floors fresh and presentable for the next occupant.
Wij zoeken iemand die negen ramen aan de buitenkant kan lappen. Het gaat om ramen op de begane grond en op de verdieping van een vrijstaande woning, waaronder ramen bij de dakkapel. We willen dat ze zo snel mogelijk weer schoon en helder zijn. De ramen moeten alleen aan de buitenzijde worden gereinigd. De bereikbaarheid van de ramen op de verdieping is nog niet vastgesteld; mogelijk is hiervoor een ladder of ander passend hulpmiddel nodig. De benodigde schoonmaakmaterialen en hulpmiddelen zijn daarom graag onderdeel van de klus.
Ik wil mijn kleine appartement van 34 m² goed laten schoonmaken. Het appartement heeft één slaapkamer en is normaal vervuild. De keuken, oven en badkamer mogen volledig worden meegenomen, net als het dweilen van de vloeren en het schoonmaken van de overige ruimtes. Ook wil ik graag de zes ramen laten zemen. Ze klappen allemaal volledig naar binnen open en zijn daardoor van binnenuit goed bereikbaar. Schoonmaakmiddelen en een stofzuiger zijn aanwezig. De klus mag zo snel mogelijk worden uitgevoerd.
I’d like a basic surface cleaning of my 80 m², two-bedroom apartment as soon as possible. All rooms should be included, with the floors and cabinets cleaned as part of the job. I need a small balcony of approximately 5 m² cleaned today. It is currently dirty with pigeon droppings and organic debris left by a recently hatched pigeon nest. The balcony drain is clogged with this debris and needs to be cleared as part of the cleaning. The balcony should be rinsed with water where possible, but there is no usable tap or hose connection nearby, so suitable water and cleaning equipment will need to be brought along. Note: Pigeon is still there but I want to get it cleaned.
We are a family of four looking for regular household support at home, ideally starting as soon as possible. We would like four visits per week of around two hours each, with the possibility of increasing the hours later. The role would combine household cleaning, cooking or meal preparation, laundry, and tidying or organizing.
