Clean 70 m² apartment monthly

I’m looking for a reliable cleaner for my 70 m² apartment in central Rotterdam. It includes a living room with a semi-open kitchen, entrance hall, utility room, separate toilet, bathroom, small study and main bedroom. The living area has hard flooring, a rug and large windows. I’d like a thorough monthly clean covering regular surfaces and floors, as well as the windows and the inside of cupboards. I live alone with a small dog, so comfort around pets is important. I can provide the cleaning products and equipment. There may occasionally be an extra visit when I’m travelling, arranging a home exchange or need additional help. Previous cleaning experience, references and a dependable, detail-oriented approach are important to me, as I’m hoping to build a long-term arrangement.
