Ik wil een kleine jaloezie van ongeveer 1,20 m en een rail van 1,17 m in de douche laten ophangen. Daarnaast moet een nieuwe douchestang worden gemonteerd en wil ik de thermostaatkraan vervangen. De nieuwe kraan kan op de bestaande aansluitingen worden aangesloten. Ook moet de oude kitrand van de douche worden verwijderd en vervangen door een nieuwe. De jaloezie, rail, douchestang, thermostaatkraan en kit zijn al aanwezig. De planning is flexibel.
I’m looking for a thorough move-in clean of my empty 71 sqm apartment before I move in. The cleaning should cover the floors, windows, balcony, inside the cupboards, and the bathroom. There is a light layer of sawdust left on the floors after previous flooring work, which should be easy to vacuum up. The apartment is fully empty, so all areas should be accessible without furniture getting in the way. Cleaning products and equipment will be available at the apartment. The main goal is to have the apartment fresh and clean, with particular attention to the floors and the areas mentioned above.
I’m moving out of my small studio apartment and would like a one-off final clean. The apartment is already quite tidy, so the focus is on cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, surfaces and floors. I expect the job to take around 1 to 1.5 hours. The cleaning can be done before the move-out date, with the exact timing to be agreed. The studio is in Amsterdam’s Jordaan area.
