Repair active crawl-space water leak

I have an active water leak in the crawl space of my house, near the water meter or its connection. Water is still dripping, and visible moisture appears around the pipework and nearby insulated ducting. The exact source still needs to be identified before the repair can be determined. I would like the leak to be inspected, the cause located, and the necessary plumbing repair carried out, including suitable replacement parts if needed. Access is through a hatch with very limited space, so the cramped working area and the cables and ducting around the pipework should be taken into account. I would like this resolved within a week.
