Install additional roof tile

I have a new roof tile that needs to be installed in a clearly identified location on my pitched roof. The house is approximately two storeys high, so the work requires a suitable ladder of around 8–10 metres and any other access equipment needed to reach the roof safely. The replacement tile is already available. The job is limited to fitting this additional tile; no other roof work is requested. The roof is above the front of the house and appears accessible from outside, although the exact setup for reaching it should be assessed on site.
