Clean pigeon-dropping-covered balcony

I need a small balcony of approximately 5 m² cleaned today. It is currently dirty with pigeon droppings and organic debris left by a recently hatched pigeon nest. The balcony drain is clogged with this debris and needs to be cleared as part of the cleaning. The balcony should be rinsed with water where possible, but there is no usable tap or hose connection nearby, so suitable water and cleaning equipment will need to be brought along. Note: Pigeon is still there but I want to get it cleaned.
