Handle weekly cleaning and household tasks

We are a family of four looking for regular household support at home, ideally starting as soon as possible. We would like four visits per week of around two hours each, with the possibility of increasing the hours later. The role would combine household cleaning, cooking or meal preparation, laundry, and tidying or organizing. The exact rooms and priorities can be agreed at the start, as these have not yet been specified. We are also interested in occasional babysitting outside the regular household visits. The children are aged four and five. ideal time is weekday mornings, but we can be flexible. We are looking for dependable ongoing help with a practical mix of household tasks rather than cleaning alone.
